Starr is pleased to have a number of services available to meet your electronic, printing, and word-processing needs.
Computers and Wi-Fi
Our high-speed Wi-Fi network may be accessed on personal electronic devices throughout the library during business hours and on the library grounds 24 hours a day. All Wi-Fi networks have the same password, which is “starrsecure.”
Starr also offers public computers for patron use. We have both PCs and Macs available on a first-come, first-served basis. These computers cannot be reserved ahead of time.
Printing, Photocopying and Scanning
The library has a public printer that can print standard and legal-size documents for 25 cents per page. We also have the ability to scan and email documents.
Note that we offer black-and-white printing and copying only. Also note that we no longer offer faxing services. If you need to send a fax, we recommend going to the UPS Store in Spring Brook Plaza across from the fairgrounds.
We also have staplers, scotch tape, scratch paper, pens and pencils for patron use alongside the public computers and at the front desk.
