Meeting Room Pre-Approval Form

If you have questions about the meeting rooms or this particular service, please contact us first at info@starrlibrary.org. Do not request meeting room dates here; this form is used to help authorize you to make reservations. Once your group is pre-approved, only the approved group contact or 2nd contact can request a space and time using our room reservation form. If either or both contacts change, please notify us by emailing info@starrlibrary.org.
