Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of our community, Starr Library has overcome the unexpected funding shortfall created when the voter-approved library tax increase was not collected this year.

The response has been inspiring. Friends, neighbors, and supporters stepped forward to ensure that the Library could continue offering the programs, collections, technology, and welcoming spaces that enrich life in Rhinebeck.

While the immediate shortfall has been met, the need for community support continues.
