The Starr Library Board of Trustees is responsible for oversight and governance of overall operations and finances of the library, working with the Library Director (who is responsible for day-to-day management), the Friends of Starr Library, and other community organizations. The Board of Trustees consists of nine members.

Meetings of the Starr Library Board are open to the public and take place on the fourth Thursday of the month at 5:30pm in the Mary Frazer Room downstairs in the library. Please enter from the back door.
